You can support us with your skills in the following areas:
- Understanding the infrastructure of clients in Switzerland, Europe and worldwide
- Advising partners on configuration issues regarding SIP, SIP-S, SNMP, Firebird, antivirus, firewall, SMS PDU, etc.
- Design of interfaces and analysis of protocols such as REST, MODBUS, Socket, AD, LDAP, RS232/485, analogue sensors and their hystereses, LoRa-WAN, BACNET, SCAIP etc. using Regexp, Event Correlation, SPL, calendar plans and presence status, respectively service-based telephony and alarming
- Analysis, consulting, assistance and configuration of MobiCall indoor localisation and pathfinding based on BLE Beacon, Wifi, DECT, GSM, Time-Shift Technology etc. and asset tracking based on Bluetooth Scanner, WAP, DECT etc.
- Configuration of MobiCall internal TMS and CRM for process flow control and monitoring
- Analysis, definition and configuration of VM, ACD, IVR, conference server, emergency call solutions according to the lone worker protection certificate DGUV 112-139 (BGR-139)
- Preparation of project documentation as the basis for new projects in the area of MobiCCloud, MobiCall, MobiBBox and Micro-MobiCall and surrounding systems
- Consultation and definition of complete clinic solutions with doctor, assistant, patient and emergency call, stock management and video recording in alarm readiness (PIR, burglary, water leakage ), telephony, stock management, presence planning and workstation allocation
- Doctor, assistant, patient and emergency calls
- Telephony and stock management, presence planning
- Facility management with control of open tasks, monitoring of freezers, water meters, call-for-help, room monitoring, water leak detection, visitor counter based on LoRa
- Configuration and support of MobiCall systems in Switzerland including fourth level support worldwide
- Configuration of the MobiCall chat platform as an alternative to Whatsapp etc.
It is of advantage if you bring the following with you:
- A current education in the field of ICT and/or experience with PBXs and ICT systems
- Joy in project management and solution-oriented work – even with complex requirements
- A lot of energy and stamina for work with permanent further education and training on the job
